When will the calls for Researcher Project and Collaborative Project (KSP) be published?
The deadlines for our calls for proposals for Researcher Project and for Collaborative Project (KSP) are this spring. These calls are key tools for strengthening quality, further development and collaboration in Norwegian research.
Below you will find an overview of the calls, when they open for applications, and what application types and working titles are used. The final deadlines and other detalis can be found in the individual call for proposals.
Researcher Project
Researcher Project is a key call for proposals for research organisations aiming to contribute to new, innovative research of high quality, researcher recruitment and renewd professional development.
Planned opening of application form: February/March
Anticipated application deadline: April/May
The call may be divided into different thematic or portfolio-driven parts, and there may be variations in requirements, priorities and assessment criteria. Details about target groups, scope of support and guidelines are described in more detail in the call text.
Collaborative Project (KSP)
Collaborative Project is intended to strengthen collaboration between research organisations and actors within trade and industry and/or public sector, and contribute to knowledge development that meets specific societal and value creation needs.
Planned opening of application form: March/April
Anticipated application deadline: May/June
Some collaboration measures may have special requirements, for example aimed at certain sectors, topics or societal challenges. This will be elaborated in the call text.
What should you do now?
Even if the calls have not yet been published, it may be useful to
- familiarise yourself with the requirements for application type and assessment criteria from previous calls for proposals
- start a dialogue with potential partners
- clarify roles and project ideas in your organisation
This makes the application work more efficient when the call opens for applications.
